The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce will be staging this year’s edition of the National Arts Competition and Exhibition from the 2^nd October until 23^rd October in its upper gallery at Palazzo De La Salle, 219 Republic Street, Valletta.  Last year the work of 70 artists with 93 exhibits were selected for participation; a similar number is expected this year.  The ever increasing diversity of entries offers viewers the unique opportunity to see a cross section of Maltese art in one show.
